Still no brake lights

During the day when I come to turn or stop my rear tail lights don't come on. At night I have Parking lights but do not get brighter when making a stop. Already checked fuses and bulbs when step on brake hear a pop. Changed corroded wires on the trailer hitch wires. Still no brake lights.

Hello !

Start checking the brake pedal switch (on top of the brake pedal) make sure that its good and sending the signal (+) to the brake lights, also be sure that the ground on the wiring harness is clean good and tight.
