Noises problem
1993 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when we go to take off it sounds like there is something plugged in the muffler it spits and sputters and also smells like exhaust fumes but we changed the catalytic converter and the muffler so I dont know whats wrong

Welcome to the forum, when was the last tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. If TBI, is there an injector spray pattern, you can see it, if you look? The pattern doesn't mean the pressure is good, only that the computer is pulsing the injector/s.
