I have a 1990 chevy beretta gt 3.1l 135k when I turn my left signal on it will blink but so will my digital dash, when I turn on my parking lights the digital dash does not blink but my left tun signal stays at a solid green color, I have to manually lift it up and down motion for it to blink, I have replaced the turn signal switch, all side marker bulbs and replaced passenger rear marker light socket that was bad, checked fuses all appear to be good, my front right marker socket has to be finessed to stay on ordered 3 new sockets, and my license plate socket must be finessed also to stay on will replace that as well, all side markers will stay lit once finessed can you tell me what I have not checked or what else I can do to get it to work properly.

Sounds like you are on the right path with he sockets. Those types of problems tend to be something going on with the ground curcuits. Either at the socket or where the curcuit grounds. What I have found in the past is the grounding bar for the bulb inside the socket is broken loose or it is missing.
