1990 Chevy Beretta location of fusable link

In need of help, I have a 90 chevy beretta thats runs good, but headlights, radio and cig lighter don't work. Everything else is GTG. Brake lights turn signal hazzards etc. Was told to check fusable link but did not see it on the fire wall. Any help where to find it?

The 1990 doesn't have a fusible link..just 94 and 95 did. list of fuses for your car are below..
