I have personaly done many of these. After removing the steering wheel you need to take out the turn signal switch. It has one philips screw that holds the lever to it, one that holds the hazard switch (located in the middle of the button you push), and three that hold the actual switch. Undo these and there will be enough wire to pull it out enough so it is not in the way. Then there will be one torque bit screw that holds the ignition switch, undo this and it will pull right out.
