2003 Chevy Astro Defrost only

I have 2003 Chevy Astro Van, I can not get air (hot/cold) to blow out the dash or on to the floor.
The blower is working. I don't think that the AC is worker, due to the same problom.

What you are looking for here is a vacuum leak. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum. If there is a leak, it defaults to the defroster. Check under the dash and under the hood for leaks. With the engine running, you may actually hear a hissing sound where the leak is located.
