2002 Chevy Astro RUBBING SOUND WHILE STEERING WHEEL IS TURN

What could cause friction or a rubbing sound while steering wheel is all the way left or right and in reverse?

Check the inner fender to see if the tire is rubbing anything. Also, if you have mud flaps, check to see if they are touching the tires when you turn sharp.
