1999 Chevy Astro wont start

New fuel pump, distributor cap, rotor. Will not start but does kick over. When I put gas directly into carb it sort of wants to but will not help thx.

If you are getting a good spark and it tries to start when you use starting fluid, then you're not getting fuel to the engine. Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Here is a how to.

I need to know what the pressure is and then we'll move on from there.
