vehicle wont turn over I beleive it might be the fuel relay or the fuel pump any advice. And where is the pump located on this vehicle

If you have checked spark already then you need to check fuel pressure at rail. Inspect fuel pump relay located on bracket, on right rear of engine compartment. Fuel pump is located inside fuel tank.
