I thought I was having starter problems so I sent my girlfriend to salvage yard to get a used starter. Put the new starter on now car will not start. Hooked it up to computer and it says it's PCM problems. Check all fuses and relays.

Hi,

Is the starter engaging and turning the engine? As far as a PCM issue, that is possible. However, could you provide the codes you found?

Here is a quick video showing how to scan the can bus system. CAN stands for controller area network. This is what I would recommend doing to determine the specifics related to the PCM.

As far as the PCM, I attached a pic below showing its location. It's under the hood near the fuse box. Check to make sure nothing is loose at the connections or damaged. Let me know specifically what codes were found also.

If you have other questions, let me know.

Take care,
Joe
