I have tried that now and still haven't fixed the issues. I have checked all fuses and all the bulbs also and nothing seems to be the issue

It has to be somewhere on the power feed side. The problem is finding it. I'm betting that the smoke you saw was a driver circuit burning out. It will probably take a new dash cluster to repair it, that will need to be programmed to match the vehicle.

The cluster has the light driver in it which controls the lights you are missing. If the other items check out it's about the only thing if the wire itself isn't burnt out. Have you tried putting 12 volts on one of the "bad" lights power feed and seeing if they all light up? If they light then you have a good ground and the wiring to the lights is good, it almost has to be the light driver in the gauge cluster then, or the trace that feeds the lights burnt.

Update * I have replaced the instrumental cluster with another used one to try get back the light issues did not seem to work. The new cluster has the check engine light on so I plugged my old one back also again and no check engine light with that one. Not sure
If the check engine light is one with the new cluster because now thats working properly and it is trying to tell me the issues or its on because of the new cluster?

You cannot just "plug in" the cluster, it has to be programmed to work with your vehicle. Unless that is done you won't know if the light is on for a problem or if it's due to the programming.
That is also why you cannot just "plug in" most components on that car. If they are not programmed for it they won't work correctly.

Have you bothered to test the lights to determine if they actually light up or not?
