Car will not stop after after switching off or in the Morning

This model AD started problem one day where it failed to generate enough power to climb even small hills, we decided to change the engine. The new one after installation started but every time its switched off especially in the morning will not start sometimes it starts. What could be the problem because we have checked all the fuse?

If check engine light is on scan for codes, otherwise check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. It sounds as if this is the problem not enough fuel pressure so it is running lean and not getting enough fuel. See link.
