The lights radio do not come on but I can get airflow and the door dings when open and the dash doesn't light up only briefly and it just displays time and mileage.

Put the key in the ignition and turned it to where the engine isn't running but all lights come on radio ect.
The lights radio do not come on but I can get airflow and the door dings when open and the dash doesn't light up only briefly and it just displays time and mileage.
