Car will not crank over?

After my car started smoking we changed the rings at the top head cylinder conditioned all that stuff. But now when everything is done it wont start nor crank. The dash board lights up and radio plays. Got anti skid service message on immobilizer see your manual display.

If the immobilizer light is on then we need to scan for codes and find out what is there causing the theft system to be active. All the other lights sound like they are normal because we are not getting past the theft system.

We need go back over the connectors from the PCM and make sure we don't have any that are still loose. However we should still have some codes that will point us in that direction as well.
