Drove through water during storm water entered into my intake valve now my car will not start up. It was making a noise at first like the starter was gone. So I got dat vut that still wasn't the problem. I also put in another battery. Now its making a noise like it wants to start but its not. What's is the problem?

Motor was hydrolocked and most likely internal damage has occured. Remove pluges see if it will crank and expell water also change oil. If no internal damage when reinstall plugs it may start. If not call insurance agent and claim under compensation
