My car will not start, not even with a jump?

My car won't start, not even with a jump or by the keyless remote. Got the battery, alternator, and starter checked yesterday and they were all good. It has been having problems. It has been cutting itself off while I'm driving, usually when I hit bumps, and then cutting itself back on, the last couple of days it's been lagging when I start it and now it won't start at all, and it's got power

I have seen the positive battery cable cause this problem, to be sure let's use a test light and put it at the positive side of the starter at the battery cable, it should light up, then crank the engine over and if the tight light goes out the positive cable is bad.
