Car wont start

I have a 98 neon coupe that had a 2.0 sohc. The timing belt broke. I had a crashed 2.0 dohc car so I swapped the motors. It started right up when I was done with the swap. I had it idling for around 20 minutes. As it was idling it just died like someone had turned the key to off. Now it wont start back up. It just cranks. I'm a bit lost since it was running fine for 20 minutes with no check engine light on. Where should I start?

Try resetting security system if no manual look online.

If it was the anti theft would it of ran for 20 minutes with no problems?

Try locking drivers door then unlocking to reset if that doesn't work look online for 98 dodge neon secrity reset.I have no further comments on this

This neon doesn't have a anti lock security system. It was the pigtail on the camshaft position sensor. The wires were bare and touch each other. Replaced pigtail.
