When I start my car an put it in first gear an release the clutch an press the acceleration my car doesn't move engine only revs up.

The clutch isn't engaging. If you release it and there is no connection, something internal is wrong. The only way to check is to remove the trans and inspect the internal components, clutch, pressure plate.

Just to add to this one sounds like the clutch disc is worn out. But I would get a clutch kit a luk one it will come with a clutch disc throw out bearing pressure plate and even a clutch alignment tool. Also get a remanufacturered flywheel you give them yours for a core. That way you will have a nice new true surface for the new clutch to seat in.
