Car will not start after changing MAP sensor

Code PO108 came up so I changed the MAP sensor and replaced the air filter. The car still will not start. Car listed above is a GT.

Hi,

Was the vehicle running prior to replacing the MAP? If you disconnect it, will the engine start? If you reinstall the old one, will it run?
