After replacing the starter, battery and relays my car still does not start

After replacing the starter, battery, and relays my car still will not start. When I turn the key all of my lights come on including my radio and my engine will not turn over or anything. I have an after market stereo and two subs. I had a guy go in and check the wiring and everything looks fine. Please help I cannot afford to keep spending money trying to find a solution and getting nowhere.

Reset security system and hope like the guy who wired the radio did not tap into the system. See link and picture.
