I put new relay and fuse box (TMI). The car listed above is not a PT Cruiser it is a 2009 Dodge Caliber 2.0, but tested starter and fuel pump vehicle both are good. I'm trying to do the steps I locked all doors vehicle rolled all windows up then locked drivers side door with key. Stayed 10 feet away for 15 minutes.
Then held panic button for 5 seconds exterior lights flashed for a bit but after I held panic button I hit lock button 2 times stayed 10 feet away for 10 minutes then hit unlock button 2 times put key and ignition tried to crank then left key and on position for 10 minutes waited turned key off for 5 seconds and repeated 3 times waiting 10 minutes each time. But I don't see a security light. I see battery above that light seat-belt with a circle or airbag then a blank spot then seat-belt light. Now at bottom I see brake light, ABS light, engine light, and was told tire pressure light.

Good afternoon,

I am confused. PT Cruiser and Caliper? What do you have?

Do you mean you took the parts off a Caliper?

How did you test the fuel pump and relays?
