Hi,

That's a difficult question to answer. Many of them can; however, many can't. Is the security light staying on? If it is, try this and let me know the results.

Turn the key to the run position and allow it to sit there for approximately 10 minutes. The security light should turn off and the vehicle start. Try this and let me know the results.

If this works, follow the directions below.

Note: I am basing this on the idea that you had the keys replaced and now the anti-theft is preventing it from starting. If that isn't correct, let me know. Also, let me know if this helps.

Take care,

Joe

Been trying that for last couple weeks, vehicle still not running. Tried 10 minutes the light went out, turned the key to on position then off for three times waiting 10 seconds in the off position to vehicle still not running.

Hi,

If you do it one time (10-minute wait until the light goes out) will it start?

I have a question. In your first post, you asked about a locksmith programming a key. Has the ignition lock cylinder and key been replaced?
