Van stalls out

My van stalls out after running for a minute or so and my spark plugs are sooty and black and dry.

Hello, I am Danny.

Have you tested the fuel pressure? I am attaching a tutorial for you to show what it takes to test your fuel pressure. Most auto parts stores have a tool loaner program that will let you rent a tester. Your pressure should be 30-45 PSI. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions if needed.
