Car shaking at low speeds

Lately my car has been shaking severely when driving anywhere from zero to forty mph. It does it when I am driving, I have not noticed it so much when I brake. My car was involved in an accident nearly a year ago and I travel with it off road quite a bit. It has always shaken a little since the accident (I got new tires at that time as well) but more so at high speeds back then, but now it drives fine when driving more than fifty mph. It does not pull to a certain side as far as I notice. My boyfriend believes the issue feels like it is on the front passenger side. Any advice or ideas will be appreciated. Thank you!

When you have a low speed shake it tends to be tire related in other words the tire layers are coming undone which can be seen if you slowly turn the tires and watch the tread pattern, do all tires you must jack the car up first front then rear.
