I have already changed the motor mounts because I thought that was the problem. If it’s just a broken wire, how am I supposed to find a broken wire?

If you changed the engine mounts and that made no difference, then do you have any performance issue as well?

I would rule out a vacuum leak as that is the most likely cause of rough idle after motor mounts.

Also, you could hook up a vacuum gauge to the manifold and monitor the gauge while this is acting up. Lastly when this is acting up, is there a way to make it stop? Does raising the idle make it stop?

Let's start with this and go from there. Thanks
