Engine overheating, KSeal Ultimate vs Bars leak?

Hi, I had my head gasket replaced 20,000 miles ago and the car is overheating again. I'm baffled. I had the mechanic change my coolant and change my oil and I added Kseal Ultimate. If this doesn't work, do you know if I can try adding Bars Stop leak in the same coolant to see if it helps too? Or should I start fresh with fresh coolant and fresh oil?

Yes, fresh coolant and oil will help but can I suggest Blue Devil head gasket, I usually don't recommend any head gasket seals but this one seems to work on more than one occasion we have found, check out this video we did in the shop.
