Bought car from sister three months ago after it sitting there a year. Yesterday noticed car was hesitating a lot while at light, turning and while in park gear. It also started making a whining loud noise when turning to left, noise continued while driving then stopped. The noise will slowly go away then start again. Car needed some work when I got it but was not doing any of the above til a couple of days ago. Already replace the CV axles, upper power steering hose and thermostat since I got the car. Any suggestions it was running really smooth?

Hello,

Is sounds like the whining noise could be a serpentine belt that needs to be replaced, if you can take a video of it and put it on youtube then send me the link I can be sure. As far as the engine running rough after sitting that long it could be bad gas or the engine needs a tune up here is a couple of links to help you get the problem fixed,
