Car going up to 1,500 revs on idle

My vehicle listed above diesel keep going up to 1,500 revs on idle but when I apply the foot brake it decreases to normal idle, when I remove my foot it goes back up to 1,500 revs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

This sounds like you have a vacuum leak or a dirty through bore. these guides should help us fix the problem:
