Car is having a weird issue. Originally the car shut off on me while I was driving home. The lights and everything were still on in the car, but the car stopped running. I noticed the timing belt was missing a few teeth, so I replaced that. The starter was also going bad, so I replaced that as well. My distributor has also just been replaced. When I go to start it know it cranks over. But every once in a while it will turn on for about 1 second then shut off. I checked for fuel by discounting the fuel rail supply line and it was weird because when I first turned the key to prime the pump the pump didn’t turn on but after about 10 seconds or so it randomly turned on. Along with that it looks like I’m intermittently getting spark. So, it will spark once or twice then stop and then spark again. Seen with spark plug test light. I checked the code that were stored, and I had a code 15 flashing from check engine light and a code 14 flashing from D4 light. Another thing I noticed is that when I left the key in the accessory on position the fuel pump would randomly turn on and off. Also, when I had the key in the on position, I would hear a kind of ticking noise coming from what sounded like the distributor, almost like it was trying to spark but the car wasn’t on. I did a compression test, and all cylinders came out to about 125 PSI. I turned the engine over by hand and everything looked normal. I checked the ECU and TCU, and both look to be in good condition. Could this be the main relay going bad or is it something else? Thank you

It sounds like the distributor is defective which is common, the fuel pump is triggered by the ICM inside the distributor housing. I would get a replacement and install it. Here is how the job is done correctly in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
