The van listed above is the Sport model with168,000 miles.
I replaced the sensors and boxes for the transmission, and it still will not fully shift into 2nd or reverse it's like it won't kick all the way in gear. I had it for a year and no problems, was rebuilt before I got it. Fluid still all good just stumped, any input is welcome.

Let's run the codes to see what comes up. This guide can help. Also how is the condition of the fluid? Full and clean?

It sounds like you have an input shaft speed sensor that is bad. Here is the location of the sensor so you can check it out.

This guide may help as well:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

The fluid is fine, replaced both high speed input and output sensors and both control boxes, the one on the transmission and the firewall, very little metal shavings on the sensors when I changed them.
