Camshaft is in correct position, but crankshaft is not?

I have the vehicle listed above 1.8t.
The timing belt is partly on meaning, it’s on the crankshaft but not around the camshaft.
How can I correctly align the crankshaft with the camshaft before putting the timing belt on?

Hi,
Installing the timing belt requires the following procedure. I attached the directions below. Note there are a few specialized tools shown.

Hi,
Do you have the timing belt tensioner released? From what I see in the picture, which is normal unless the tensioner is released.
Take a look at pic 5 above.

No, the tensioner is not released. I never release the tensioner when I replaced the VVT.
