I need to know what to set the cams at on this head to get it to run right

I have taken the car apart on top of the head and I had to put a new cam chain on because the old broke and now that I have it put all back together the cams seem like their alittle bit out of timing but the car is running fine but when I hit the gas pedal to the floor it takes forever for the rpms to go up

2.0T FSI, its been a super hastle since I started it and I had to have it done today so I got it as close as I could and its studdering when I drive it and the rpms go up very slowly

Here are 3 things to see if you are timed right. They are all done with #1 on tdc. See enclosed pics this should put you in the ball park.

I have that part right its getting the cams in the right spot that I need help with I can get the exhaust in the right spot but not the intake since its on its own and gets driven from the exhaust cam

Ok there is no view but this is a tip I found. It still has to be at #1 here's the tips.

Ok thanks again ill talk with yall some other time, I can rebuild a KA24de 4 cylinder motor from the ground up in 15 hrs by myself and that motor goes in a 1995 nissan 240sx
