Crank no start. Did a compression test because it is giving a P2610 code. There is no compression?

2014 ford focus. Crank no start. Did a compression test because it is giving a p2610 code. There is no compression. No water in oil so I don't think the head is blown or warped. Did a olms of resistance test on the camshaft sensor at 20k olms. Got a reading of 6.88 on one and 7.48 on another. Does this mean they are good or do they need to be replaced. Goin to test the crank shaft positioning sensor as well. The plugs are getting 5 volts so I know that is not a problem neither. Any input on what I should do would be appreciated.

It sounds like the timing chain broke, how does the engine sound when cranking it over? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the engine cranking? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Here is information on the code:

The P2610 code in a 2014 Ford Focus indicates a problem with the Engine Control Module (ECM)/PCM Internal Engine Off Timer Performance. This code typically points to an issue with the ECM or PCM itself, rather than a specific component or sensor.

Here are a few possible causes for the P2610 code in a 2014 Ford Focus:

Faulty ECM/PCM: There may be an internal malfunction or communication issue within the ECM/PCM, which is responsible for controlling various engine functions.

Wiring or connector problems: Damaged or loose wiring connections, or corroded connectors, can disrupt the communication between the ECM/PCM and other engine components.

Low battery voltage: Insufficient voltage from the battery or charging system can cause errors in the ECM/PCM operation.

Software or programming issues: A glitch in the ECM/PCM software or an outdated programming version could trigger the P2610 code.

The sensors seem okay, the non-compression issue must be addressed first. Can I ask how you tested the compression with a gauge?

The guy got a new ECM. He is taking it elsewhere because I don't have the proper tools to reprogram one.

Okay, if he lets you know what was wrong it would be good if you got back to us with the fix.
