1995 Cadillac STS fuel pump

My car turns over, sounds like its out of gas. No fuel pressure, im thinking its the fuel pump but when I try to start it there is a clicking sound under the hood. Is this clicking sound because its not getting feul? And if it is the fuel pump is there an access panel or does the tank need to be dropped?

The clicking you hear is probably the starter trying to turn over. The pump does make a slight clicking noise when you turn the key. Anyway, it does sound like you fuel pump is shot. The wizards at GM decided to actually put the fuel pump inside the tank to make it way more expensive to repair.
