What causes exhaust fumes coming into the car when the heater is running; especially when the car is stopped or moving slowly? The coil pack was just replaced; is this related?

An exhaust leak would cause fumes to come in through the heater. A coil pack would not cause this, check the exhaust it's probably a very small leak. Post back with any other questions.
