94 Eldorado "Service Ride Control"

I hav ea 94 Eldorado that all of the sudden the Serviece Ride Control light came on in. It seems to ride a drive fine but the light continues to come on every time I drive it. Is there a way to retard this so the light does not come on. I do not want to buy new shocks as that is a very expensive fix. Please let me know if there is a way just to rig it so the light no longer comes on. Thanks

If you don't pay attention now you will junk the car in about a month anyway!
Soon the compressor will burn out from contantly running.
Much more expendive than the shocks!

Their is a service bullition on this at cadillac, if shocks are full of air, check the boots, their is a wire that needs to be cut on the air ride controller box, otherwise the new shocks will blow out, and new shocks arn't too bad in price
