1994 Cadillac Deville no circulation of coolant

Replaced water pump, radaitor, thermostat, and coolant all with brand new stuff but there is no sign of coolant circulation any place need help bad

Hi:
When you replaced all of this, did you flush the engine block? Also, are you sure the t-stat was placed in the correct direction? If you place your hand on the lower radiator hose, can you feel the waterpump trying to pump coolant?
