What would cause my car to wobble as if the tire was going to fall off? It wobbles from side to side really bad. It started out very little and then progressed to the wobble with in driving a few miles. If I took my hands off the steering wheel while driving the steering wheel would move from right to let back and forth. The front driver tire is sitting with the top out beyond the wheel well! I quess that is called positive camber.

The camber issue may cause some handling issues, but not necessarily the wobble. It should however, be corrected. The wobble as severe as you are describing, sound like a tire that has a separation. Something that is bad enough, you can feel by running your hands around the tire. You need to be careful of this, I don't know the condition of your tires, and if it is worn to steel belts, they are sharp. You can also rotate them, inspecting as you go. Put the front on the rear and re-evaluate.
