1997 Cadillac Concours V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1997 cadi that is spewing water out of the over flow hose while I am driving. I took care of the head gasket issue to stop it from over heating but now the water come out of the hose when I rev the engine.

Cooling fans there are two and they vary speed according to engine temp, trans fluid temp and AC operation. With AC on both should run at high speed.
Also need to verfify water pump circulates remove upper hose start, does water shoot out? Need to reinstall thermostat engine must reach op temp for sensors to operate cooling fans. Where both heads done?
