1997 Cadillac Concours Will not start

Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Cadillac Concours V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 80k miles

Engine will not start no clicking, lights and radio come on horn works.
Could it be a cellanoid or starter or anti theft system mireading computer.

the problem is maybe asecurity issue, it does the same as you say, to be sure there is ared warning lamp in instrument as theft system, and the driver information center write turn ignition off or wait 10 secounds, if so thin it is asecurity problem, you can check the resistance on the key, if it is worn terminals or the ignition switch is dirty, try and inform me
