My Roadmaster recently stopped running one morning. For two days I tried starting it once a day. On the third day, it started right up. I drove it for a week and it stopped running again. Realizing it wasn't getting any fuel, I replaced the fuel pump relay, fuel pump, fuel pump strainer, and fuel pump wiring harness. After installing the new parts, the fuel is not even leaving the fuel pump. How do I prime the fuel pump, besides turning the key on and off? And are there any sensors that could also cause this problem

The pump isn't coming on when installed in car. I checked the fuel pump with a 12v source and the connection under the rear bumper with a test light. Also replaced the fuel pump relay two days before replacing the pump. I was told that the fuel pump is grounded to the oil pressure sensor (switch) and that could cause a no fuel situation.
