I DRIVE THE CAR AND IT IS KIND O SLUGISH BUT I GIVE IT A LITTLE GAS AND IT GOES BUT WHEN I COME TO STOP SOMETIMES IT STALLS THEN IT WAS STARTING A LITTLE HARD IDROVE IT TO THE STORE AND WHEN I CAME OUT I BARLEY GOT IT STARTED WHEN I GOT IT STARTED WOULD ONLY DO 20 MPH I HADF NO POWER LOOKED UNDER THE CAR THE CONVERTER WAS CHERRY RED SO I CHANGED IT THOULD IT WAS PLUGED NOW WHEN I TURN THE CAR OVER IT WONT START JUST FIRES AND POPPS LIKE ITS FLOODED OR SOMETHING SOMETIMES IT ALMOST STARTS RUNS ON 1 CYLINDER OR SOMETHING LAST LIKE 15 SEC. THEN DIES

Your car requires the use of a scanner for OBD 2 systems. A good scanner will cost app $100. There are more expensive ones but its all about how much you want to spend and what you need the scanner to do. The more expensive ones can also scan other systems such as ABS system and can be updated. I don't think the do it yourself would need this. Before purchasing make sure it is suitable for you car.
