!994 Buick Regal Brake Lights

I have 160000 mi and no other problems, except the brake/parking break light is on and the ABS light is on. The break pedle is very soft/spongy like the enging is not running. I have checked the fluid, the break pads-worn but not bad. The fuse for the ABS looks good also disconnected the battery to try and clear the message with no sucess

Does the light flash, or is it on steady? Did the light just come on? Or did you have some work done and then it came on? If it just came on, you will need to have the codes read by Someone with the proper scan tools to read GM ABS.

You can try unplugging the fuse to see if the pedal improves, but this sounds like a leak rather than abs electrical.A complete brake inspec tion is in order!
