2003 Buick Regal dash lights flash and car wont start, does

The car wont turn over or make any noise, The Dash lights flash untill load is turned on like the head lights, then the dash lights stop flashing, there is absoelutly nothing when you turn the key, ive replaced the BCM body control module and have checked the wire harness as much as possible

I had the same problem with my regal. Ended up being the ign switch which is not easy to do. You might want to check for recalls on this. When it happened to me all the dash lites went crazy and all kinds of weird stuff.I assume your battery is ok. How about the starter system?
