If you replaced the master switch, you should have checked for main B+ and ground to the master switch before replacing, maybe you did check that already?

Hello, I'd pull the power window circuit breaker, use a testlite, check for voltage at the breaker terminal with the key on.
If you replaced the master switch, you should have checked for main B+ and ground to the master switch before replacing, maybe you did check that already?
