1999 Buick Regal Car Starting up?

I have a 1999 Buick Regal LS with a 3800 engine 130k on it. My car won't start.I can turn the key n its cranks up but it wont catch it though. I had new spark plugs and wire put on about a week ago! And then the vechical started up n I drove it for about three days. Once I was driving everything in my car shut dwn electrical and as well as the engine! I started back up and it came back on.A couple of days later it stop on me I was told that I need a new alternator so I went and grab a rebuild one but my car still won't start Plz let me know any possible problems asap I really don't know whats wrong plz HELP!

Is the starter cranking the engine normally?

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while visually check for spark at the plugs. You can use a known good spark plug or spark tester. Where applicable, pull a plug wire stick tester in boot, ground metal part of tester to metal part of engine. Engine cranking watch for spark. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Can you check for applicable codes? Also, where applicable, your security system could cause an issue? Battery has a full charge and all connections are good?
