I have a Buick Regal, and I recently had to replace the battery. After I did so I started the car up to find out that it would quickly die. The engine would run for maybe 1-2 seconds before it would just shut its self off. I wonder if it is a Fuel Pump issue or if there is something else that I may need to check out. Thanks for your time. Also do you think that changing the battery could have something to do with it?

Could be a fuel pressure issue, or even a alternator issue, I'll send you some links to help you test these out.

I would also check the mass airflow sensor and make sure you have a clean air filter and breather
