1992 Buick Regal erg valve

I have had my car back and forth to the mechanic for the past 8 months, and have not been able to drive it more than 15 minutes. I had a new few pump installed in the tank, a new computer box. However -- I start the car -- drive about 5-10 miles, and then the car slows and cuts off. I wait a few minutes, start the car, travel about a half a mile, and the car cuts off.

Someone mentioned to me that it might be the ERG Valve.

Its hard to say without some more information. I need to know if it is loseing spark or fuel. I would assume since you have a new fuel pump you are losing spark but that is a guess. If you can see if you lose spark it is a good chance your modual is overheating. You also have a cam and crank sensor but those are a little more unlikley. More info is needed.
