A/C not blowing cold air

A/C does not blow sufficient cold air, refrigerant is full. The compressor is working.

Okay,

The low side pressure should be 20-25 pounds.

The high side pressure should be 2 times ambient temperature plus 15 %.

The receiver dryer should feel lukewarm to the touch while running.
