2001 Buick Lesabre shuts off while driving

2001 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

This car shuts off on me will driving, I have had it towed off the road about 3 times. Have taking it to the shops and they cant seem to find the problem. The codes come up as cataylic converter, but I have had that checked and its not the ploblem plus I think the codes are wrong. Could it be something eletrical?

I would remove the ignition module and take it to a parts store for testing. Have them test it several times to make sure it gets a good load on it. (Autozone will check them free of charge)
